scientists a Sicilian and a Sardinian discover the source (Mitza) oldest there
Scientific research of two young women scientists on the island.
There is a water source 11 billion years old on the edge of the universe. The journal Nature has discovered and described the group led by Italy's Violette Impelizzeri Sicilian, German Max Plack Institute for Radio Astronomy in Bonn, in collaboration with Paola Castangia Sarda, Cagliari Observatory of the National Institute for Astrophysics (INAF ).
Eleven billion years ago the Earth did not exist and the theory of Big Bang, the Universe was born three billion years ago. But this cloud of water vapor already wandering in interstellar space of a remote galaxy, a quasar, near a hole nerosupermassivo. It is the oldest ever observed water and opens new perspectives in its study of the origin of the universe. The
Castangia who was in Effelsberg in Germany dealing with the first phase of the study states: "We were fortunate, we have identified this mass of water vapor in the very first object on which we focused our huge eye, the radio telescope in Effelsberg , the largest in Europe, near Bonn. A discovery so unlikely, that almost did not believe it. "
We wonder when the opening of a radio telescope located in the bleed Pran'e Gerrei about fifty kilometers from Cagliari? We look forward

How Often Do Players In The Nhl Change Gear?
school yet. Gecos another name to say Pd
In recent days, was formed in Grosseto Gecos (Committee school parents), a committee made up of parents in defense of public schools. Their stated goal is to contribute to the modification of the rules have a profound effect on the organization of public schools, because in their view because of the school can change Decreto Gelmini only worse.
This committee wants to tackle the increase in the ratio of pupils per teacher, the downsizing of the school network, the establishment of classes assigned to a single teacher and the articulation of the broader school time may be related to additional services for a fee.
Of course I want to clarify that are not linked to any political party or trade union, but to us it appears that one of the founding members were advised to Grosseto constituency for the Democrats of the Left.
Perhaps for this reason that their statement appears in some pre-established Democratic Party or the CGIL?
Lies have short legs ever!
We therefore ask you to play with open face and not hide behind a few letters to make political propaganda because as we have said many times respond blow for blow to the lies against the Minister Gelmini carried out without any discounts.
then respond briefly to some statement of the association nonpartisan and apolitical Gecos:
ratio students / teacher in Italy is 1 to 9, the European average is 1 to 13, the decree states to increase the ratio of pupils then make to 1 to 10, yet the number of teachers in the province of Grosseto increase of 61 units in 2009
the association says there will be a downsizing of the school network when in Maremma instead
not close any school for pre-schools will be guaranteed priority time of 40 hours, with the usual division from Monday to Friday up to 16.30, two teachers per section
for primary differentiation is increasingly based on the request of the families: 27, 30 and 40 hours per week, even in this case will be guaranteed time to 40 hours
The Italian primary school was a 'excellence long before the organization forms in several masters: for the single teacher Italy ranked third in international rankings, with the "form" is dropped to eighth place. The truth is that most teachers in the form has been introduced but not for training needs to increase the number of teachers in a time when the number of children decreased due to the declining birth rate. It must be emphasized that the teacher is prevalent in all other European countries, with Italy is today the only exception.
definitely undermine the school just leave it as it is today. In Italy you spend on the school as in other European countries. Over the past ten years the budget of the Ministry of Education has increased by 30%: 33 billion € in 1999 to 43 billion in 2008. Public spending on schools has exploded, with no improvement in quality, which is constantly degraded. For the school is not cheap, you spend badly. The eight billion savings planned for next three years will not cut spending now, but avoid the breaking of the roof of the 50 billion spending without qualities: you do not want to spend less but you want to spend more, investing in innovation, training, awards for deserving teachers, school construction. Not affect the mechanisms of expenditure means take responsibility for the collapse. The plan of the minister Gelmini paves the way for raising the quality of the education system, triggering a virtuous cycle efficiency (same result at lower cost) to invest more resources, more quality. The government is working hard to revitalize the school with the primary objective is to provide students with quality education.
Just because we young people love the blue in the school will continue our battle to defend the work of the Information Minister Gelmini, but unlike many others, we will do it openly.

PRIMARY YOUNG DEMOCRATS: Requests and alleged fraud in the primaries of the Democratic Party's Blog: Thanks Giulia Innocenzi
REQUEST Giulia Innocenzi, PRIMARY CANDIDATE TO YOUNG DEMOCRATS
Gentile Organization of the PD,
I must point out that so far I have not received any informations from the Party about the counting of votes , nor any indication as to which was the method adopted for the collection of votes (and why we're putting so much time). Www.giovanidemocratici.org on no news, I could read some data provisional only through the agencies.
I would request Internet publication of the cities already counted and official results. So, besides getting the information myself as a candidate for the electoral outcome, the thousands of kids who have worked for the electoral process can obtain the involvement they deserve. Already on Saturday, in fact, came out statements by representatives of GIiovani the PD, as the shadow minister Pina Picierno or given to the candidate winning Fausto Raciti, further reinforcing the hiking excursions of the other candidates.
Sincerely,
Giulia Innocenzi

Tonight I'll go to the Election Committee (half an hour machine) which should be open from 20 to 23 and hope to succeed in a vote on the Innocenzi.

I would point out here, since the primary site is mysteriously out of order, that the throne of Naples - San Carlo district - is closed, presenting the seat (a seat Arci / Pd) tell you that the elections are "postponed" postponed?! but at the national level or only in this seat? "No, no, only here." Mah
I know so much about the boycott. But even if it were not so, how disgusting organization.
This afternoon I'll try to go to another seat. Are there too I will say the same thing my disappointment will be complete and, I fear, ultimately.
The other seat there.
Bella evidence, however, of all. That there were playacting and waste books to help Raciti was fairly predictable, although regrettable, but there are also encouraging the candidates as Julia, whose flag was that of legality ' I think the caves. Vote for your phone? Are you kidding??

at 8:00 am, according to the version of the President of the polling and candidate Joseph Domenico Valeria Marino, the seat in p.za Istria was opened in the absence of tellers the first of which, Mario Trifuoggi, arrived as agreed at 8.30 since the official opening was scheduled for 9.00 am.
Upon his arrival, surprise, surprise, there were 42 ballots from voters already included in the list showing the ID card (no signature). Trifuoggi course has been expressed his doubts about the legality of this procedure and the President replied that, in agreement with one of the guarantors, the seat was to be open to 8 (in contrast with the official time). When I was a candidate
I arrived around 10:30 and as soon as I was referred to this license irregularities, I have repeatedly asked the President and the candidate Marino to stop the procedure and proceed with the cancellation of the ballots so far. In the minority and in a climate of tension and propaganda, have been thwarted by both the president and the candidate and his "friends" who have besieged his seat throughout the day, at which point, I turned to Robert Hope, which he is surprised the opposition of the president and his ignorance of the regulation, and encouraged me to stop immediately. Only after a round of phone calls, the President has made it possible to seal the ballot box at 11:35 and start again the procedure. In the same place of the seat (the gazebo) the candidate Marino offended me personally before the passers-by and to the voters.
In the early afternoon reached the regional seat on the guarantor, which he has sought to take away the ballot boxes sealed. Of course, I asked that before the individual cards were marked as a matter of security and certainty. Even here I have found widespread resistance, until more members of the national I have been assured that the appropriate course was to mark those cards to avoid further unrest and accusations. After more than an hour Fano agreed to mark them to 60 cards (rated up to 11.35) were labeled with a "zero" and the signature of the respective regional scrutineer and the Guarantor. Only then sealed the ballot boxes and also marked on the box Trifuoggi and Fano were brought to the regional headquarters of the Democratic Party.
The President has demonstrated a lack of a seat in the management not only to the pressures from many sides, but also for the strict regulation of precariousness "flop" and the interpretations given by the guarantors. Several times we have consulted two guarantors Romans gave different interpretations and guidance on these issues. This at one point led to a climate of detente since everything seemed obviously farcical and quite appropriate for an election process.
Let the specific context of a seat. We voted on a table behind the chair and without partition. Result: very visible marks from prying eyes that are not missed. Throughout the day there was no discretion and no decorum as befits an election process. The "war machine" of the candidate Valeria Marino took his seat in siege throughout the day with his friends gathered under the (small) gazebo that controlled the flow of voters, were standing near the table, gave indications during the same act of the electoral vote and handed leaflets during the voter registration and beyond. Different was the attitude of Daniel Dalessandro, Matthias Bacciardi, John Bastianelli Ciarafoni Diego and even their candidates, who have maintained an attitude of moderation throughout the day and even when their constituents have shown the details of the vote have done discreetly, at a reasonable distance from the place of voting and non produce propaganda leaflets and tickets. Several times the searcher
Mario Trifuoggi (which was the only one throughout the day) has criticized the "friends" of Marino for their reckless conduct and detrimental to the climate of restraint that befits a seat. The President in some (rare) moments endorsed Trifuoggi considerations. He also came to moments of high tension in which the "friends" have moved Marino threats of physical violence and insults to the searcher. We are witnesses to me and the other candidates present at the polling place. This was justified by Marino for the ruffian character of the impetuous voter. The turnout was high, while questionable, since a large number of voters were conducted by Marino and referred to the seat by her "friends" and at the time of registration presented a card table of Luiss, which is not named and therefore can be easily exchanged. The same searching Trifuoggi expressed his doubt about this procedure but to that of the President was lawful.
After the counting we went to the regional headquarters of the Democratic Party. Here I have brought to the attention of a guarantee my statement. I was invited into a room where the ballot boxes had been opened cards canceled. I asked for an immediate vote on a matter of information and transparency. Knowing the orientation of the canceled card is a right as a private citizen and candidate claimed to have performed. But I was told to wait until the general procedure of scrutiny. To date no response yet.

Gentile Organization of the PD,

Www.giovanidemocratici.org on no news, I could read some data provisional only through the agencies.
I would request Internet publication of the cities already counted and official results. So, besides getting the information myself as a candidate for the electoral outcome, the thousands of kids who have worked for the electoral process can obtain the involvement they deserve. Already on Saturday, in fact, came out statements by representatives of GIiovani the PD, as the shadow minister Pina Picierno or given to the candidate winning Fausto Raciti, further reinforcing the hiking excursions of the other candidates.

Happy Birthday Mickey 's change for the better universities
university reform on the political climate is rapidly changing. The leading edge of the "no" to the action of the reform government is no longer compact and, day after day, is crumbling, isolating the left and the extremist fringe. Praise believe the most recent measurements (the Decree on resources for the recruitment of young researchers and the bill on the reform guidelines adopted by the Council of Ministers last week) were expressed by the President of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, the top of the Confindustria, Emma Marcegaglia, and some politically independent rectors of major universities (Enrico slopes of the University of Milan, Francesco Profumo of Politecnico di Torino, Vincenzo Milanesi of the University of Padua, Luigi Frati della Sapienza di Roma).
Consent for the government stems from awareness that, as it is, the Italian university is simply indefensible. Is very expensive to the state, but produces bad results, as evidenced by the number of graduates than that of Chile and a low contribution to scientific research in all fields.
That cost is an absurd that the majority reported so far with little effect. But there is still time to recover, and - above all - the arguments.
The essay "The university made up" the teacher of Roberto Perotti Bocconi provides some answers about animals. Just read the chapter in which data in hand, demolishes some myths in education university, myths on which the left and Veltroni's company built the youth protests of the season. The myth par excellence is that public spending on university education in Italy, with $ 7,723 per student, is the last places in the world rankings, behind Spain and Portugal, with a slight margin ahead of Hungary, Mexico, Greece and Poland. This statistic says Perotti, however, has a drawback: takes into account the spending per student enrolled, which is not good. In Italy, in fact, about half of university students (one million 800 thousand) are not enrolled, because it is off course, some of which work and some do not attend classes for many different reasons. The situation in the rest of the world is simply inconceivable. For this, says Perotti, if one takes into account more correctly the relationship between spending and university students attending classes, the per capita outlay of the Italian State ($ 16,000) climbed to fourth place in the world, behind the United States , Sweden and Switzerland and France and Britain distances of $ 5,000.
is why it is worthy of great support for the idea of \u200b\u200bthe government to introduce measures over the next few incentives to encourage students to graduate on schedule by the curricula and to deter (perhaps with university fees heavier) the "off course" , which are now 667 000, of which one third is not working.
that of the "off course" is therefore one of the major problems of the Italian university, as it weighs the costs and takes away resources that could be more usefully employed to recruit young researchers, rejuvenate the teaching staff, which is one of the older world, to invest more in scholarships, residences for students and renewal of infrastructure. Measures that are now possible only in very limited extent for both the general government budget, and because most of the university expenditure is intended purposes brainy and patronage, such as hundreds of faculty offices offices in the most remote villages, the courses with fewer than 15 members, not to mention the search list to be paid at the foot of certain faculties to study the psyche of cats and dogs, rather than the ass of Monte Amiata.
is obvious that a series of reforms of the government to put an end to this waste and rewards efficiency and research, as the decree last week, at the end off topics on the left. Veltroni and the company had focused on the school and the university to try to undermine the trust between the government of Berlusconi and Italy, perhaps groped his shoulder. And the left has not hesitated, with the help of the CGIL, a militant propaganda in schools and recruit just between the "off course" the organizers and the vanguards of the marches that took to the streets. Whether it was just "off course", he also noted anyone who has seen only once in the Tg1 Riotta, who for more than a month has fanned the flames of protest.
Now this game has been unmasked. In the coming weeks will communicate more effectively, which reveals all the myths of the Left, including the real costs of "off course". Only then can the government and the majority will re-establish the truth of the facts and recover the full consent.
Here are the main points of the decree with the urgent measures for the university, approved Friday, November 7 by the Council of Ministers. • Taking
3 000 researchers. Since 2009, three thousand more seats are provided for researchers and incentives for universities to encourage retirement. For each teacher will retire two researchers. Allocated 150 million euro to promote the turn over. 60 percent of recruitment will be for researchers. Competition notices already banned are excluded from turnover: 2,300 so researchers will be put in order. • Stop
universities with budgets in red. The universities with the financial statements at a loss can not banish competitions for teachers or administrative personnel.
• Transparency in competitions. To end the patronage of barons, the committees that govern the competitions will be made as follows: a pool of professors will be elected, within which will be drawn the members of the jury. • Incentives for universities
virtuous. Established a fund of 500 million. The decree states that the 7 per cent will go to university with scientific, and educational organization best. When fully operational, the share will rise to 30 percent. In 2011 the Universities of € 1.8 billion will be virtuous.
• Scholarships and university residences. The decree set aside 135 million euro to 180 000 scholarships to deserving college students but lacking the necessary tools. Another 65 million have been allocated to achieve 1,700 beds in university housing for low-income students.
Guidelines for University
university reform on the political climate is rapidly changing.
November 4: A celebration of Military
On 4 November celebrates Armed Forces Day, this date is significant for our nation, indeed the armistice was signed on 11.4.1918 with the Austro-Hungarian forces that marked the end of World War I for Italy.
Thanks to the sacrifice of millions of Italian national unity was accomplished at last.
diciso why I enter in this post the video and text of The Legend of the Piave, hoping to erase from the collective memory of this wonderful song 900.
One of the most famous and beautiful songs from this era is definitely "The Legend of the Piave," which is a passionate evocation of four dramatic moments of the war presented by each verse of the song: the march of soldiers to the front, the retreat of Kobarid, the defense of the opposite shores of the Piave and the victorious final offensive.
It 's definitely one where even the concepts of homeland triumph, Hero, Enemy, and have no place the daily events of the war made of hardship and suffering. The

THE LEGEND OF PIAVE
EA Mario
The Piave (1) murmured
calm and placid to the passage of the first infantry
May 24: (2)
the army marched to reach
the border and let the enemy (3) a barrier ....
crossed silently that night and infantry
be silent and get going! We heard from popular shores
Meanwhile, the exultation
light and low (4) of the waves
was an omen (5) sweet and flattering (6)
The Piave whispered:
"foreigner shall not pass!"
But a sad night (7)
there was talk of a gloomy event (8) and the Piave
heard the anger and dismay (9)
Ah how many people saw it coming down
leaving their homes and that the enemy won at Kobarid (12)
Refugees everywhere! From the distant mountains
came to crowd all the bridges (13)
We heard from the broken (14) shores
light and sad the murmur of the waves like a sob
in that black
The Piave whispered:
the foreigner returns! "
And the enemy returned to the pride and hunger: (15)
wished to wreak his cravings (16) saw the plan
fertile plains (17) are above
still wanted to eat and rejoicing (18) as
then "No" said the Piave "No" said the infantrymen
"The enemy will never take a step forward!"
We saw the Piave raising!
the infantry battled the waves
red blood of the haughty enemy (19) The Piave
commanded
"Go back stranger!"
The enemy went back to Trieste, to Trento
and the victory spread her wings
was sacred ancient pact: (20)
they were seen among the ranks
rise Oberdan, Sauro, Baptists (21)
The bloody disgrace and at last broke the old error
Italic value (22) Secure the Alps
free
the banks of the Piave and was silent: the waves are placaron
on native soil, defeated the grim empires (23)
peace did not find any oppressed neither any foreigner

What Colour Shirts To Wear With Grey Suit
Italy that does not change
stores complained: "The supermarkets will kill us; Twiggy the English girl had sparked a controversy over 'too thin models' Pippo Baudo was fixed on TV, Mike Bongiorno was advertising, African children were dying of hunger, all the stars wanted another child, America was at war with a distant country, priests were married, the girls died from cosmetic surgery, men changed sex, there were bullies, Paul McCartney wanted to marry, Milan, they said, was a team player too old and had bought goods: Hamrin, Cudicini, Malatrasi. Here you think you live in the future and instead learn to live in the past, or rather in a building that never changes. You know what it contended that in those years had to flip the formidable world? Of the same things today. And with the same words.
Certainly there was a divorce, the Berlin Wall, the mail. But the problems of 1968 were the same in 2008, sparked the same controversy and leave it at that. These days we fooled: we thought it was veterans, nostalgia, traditionalism. But no: there is an Italy that change in harmony with the world, and an Italy that never moves, always the same. Just a popular weekly journey into the era to find out: the new generation believe that is old is new for ages. If time does not pass does not get older. But even that is not ever growing.
The school? Always the same
"The school no longer provides a culture that satisfies kids of an age like our own technology. Teaching is still based on Homer and Manzoni, while the first astronauts are about to descend on the Moon. " April 1969
chastity? There was already ...
"The parliamentarians are attributed to a reasonable increase, they organize their lives and their old age, do not simply have a salary of 800 thousand pounds, to pay less taxes, without remembering the hardship of millions of retirees and other citizens "1 January 1969
reforms? Still there
"Millions of Italians who are waiting for the school reform and services, public assistance and welfare, the tax system and the code of criminal procedure do not have more patience. Wake up ladies and gentlemen, you do something for young and old in a hurry do not have much time to wait. " June 20, 1968
What is the UN? Already ...
"The UN is unable to stop the painful hostilities between Israel and Arab countries. What is the point then comes into operation if and when nobody listens? " April 18, 1968
Justice? Back in
"The crisis of the judiciary has reached unbearable limits: because of the incredibly backward read the work of judges takes place between very serious difficulties. Some people wait years for a verdict that recognizes a verdict. It takes more radical reforms promised but never implemented. We should start all over again. " January 22, 1969
Brains? Flee ...
"One of the most serious plague us is that of scientists who, after having been educated in our universities to try to cross the ocean to the U.S. a more favorable environment for their research and their studies. The solution? More funds to universities, to restructure the educational system and to reassess the incentives. " June 25, 1969
The industry? Damn ...
"No doubt the producer and the consumer there is a long series of steps often useless during which the price of the fruit is at least tripled, the farmer is paid 70 pounds to 25 pounds of oranges and apples that the housewife buys in stores to 300 and 120 pounds. " May 1968
prices?
crazy 'learn to defend ourselves from that increase: bread, milk, coffee and fruits have now reached the top absurd. " October 1969
Roma? Schediamoli ...
"A few months ago I had the impudence to say that it was time to solve the painful problem of the Roma. I said I would just isolate them and control them, ripping them to begging for to send them to school and work that should be strict with them, inflexible in enforcing the law. Well I get letters from all over the sentencing. I was accused of malice, hatred, racism, had no love for others. " May 23, 1968
policy? Costa, my dear ...
"The speed with which MPs have launched the action in their favor is in stark contrast to the characteristic slowness of other legislative measures intended to bring relief to millions of citizens. And this should not happen. " January 29, 1969
The police? Underpaid ...
"It is absurd that the police threaten everyday life for a few pounds of consolation. October 1969
Prostitutes? Out of the way ...
"The prostitutes should be removed from the road. Otherwise, you just pay taxes. " January 1968
Gasoline? Increases too ...
"But you can still increase the price of gasoline? Too many taxes levied on fuel. " February 1968
Classrooms? Always empty
"I have often lamented in these columns absenteeism of deputies and senators in the classroom because, unfortunately, the one and the other, after purchasing a monthly salary not indifferent, interpret their mission as a sinecure. " April 1968
University? It is to be reformed ...
"comprehensive and radical reform of the pension system is urgent as that of the university and how that tax and would be happy if it were implemented before other political complications occurring." October 10, 1968
Highways? Work ...
"The government was formed and developed without taking into account the concept of efficiency. You need a radical reform of a system that is best suited to the times in which we live. " September 19, 1968
Health Care? It is sick ... "The health, especially in the south, is water on all sides. We must entrust to the private health care. " September 1969
I recommended? Everywhere ...
"Too many to call for a recommendation are prepared to do anything because they do not really know anything. On TV there's an average of 150 requests spintarelle every day. Why is it so rare that it was advisable to put the right man at the right place? ". November 19, 1969
laws? Too old ...
"Parliament should make the effort to eliminate thousands of anachronistic and contradictory laws, older even than a century to lead the state to that degree of efficiency necessary to achieve, according to an fashion, the goal of the eighties. " May 9, 1969
pensions? At the risk
"The pension funds are close to paralysis, the finances of all mutuals are on the brink of the abyss, screaming from all sides that the reform of public assistance is essential and urgent" August 13, 1969
The money? Not in the mattress ...
"The future could be viewed with confidence if too many do not take away our own capital from abroad and if too many investors do not prefer to keep the money under the mattress rather than groped investment earnings to the country." December 12, 1968
State? Enemy of the city ...
"The state has a strange moral: If the city does not pay on time than you should impose the fines and interest charges but then made her comfortable for years when he is having to shell out money "12 September 1968
Bureaucracy? Infernal
"The bureaucracy of our state that is not reformed is a complication of unparalleled: the citizen is not only struggling to solve the problem but also to trace its practices ...». June 18, 1969
The referee? Horned ... "To reduce the damage of football wrong and make up for the mistakes of the referee must increase the powers of the linesman." January 1968
powders? Thin ...
"One of the most disturbing issues of our time is that air pollution: in Italy so far has done little or nothing to protect public health from toxic gases and airborne toxic chemicals released into rivers and lakes. The penis then do not scare anyone. " March 5, 1969

stores complained: "The supermarkets will kill us; Twiggy the English girl had sparked a controversy over 'too thin models' Pippo Baudo was fixed on TV, Mike Bongiorno was advertising, African children were dying of hunger, all the stars wanted another child, America was at war with a distant country, priests were married, the girls died from cosmetic surgery, men changed sex, there were bullies, Paul McCartney wanted to marry, Milan, they said, was a team player too old and had bought goods: Hamrin, Cudicini, Malatrasi.

Already ...

Justice? Back in
"The crisis of the judiciary has reached unbearable limits: because of the incredibly backward read the work of judges takes place between very serious difficulties.
" May 1968

Gasoline? Increases too ...
"But you can still increase the price of gasoline? Too many taxes levied on fuel. " February 1968

pensions?

ALESSANDRI U.S. THE COMMUNITY 'MONTANA ONLY FOR ITS POLICIES MIRE
learn from the press of concern by the President of the mountain community amiatina John Alexander on the risk of the closure of some schools after the decree is Gelmini.
At this point we ask ourselves some questions inevitably: 's Alessandri worried that you believe is also a city councilor Cinigiano Party of the Democratic Party?
E 'perhaps one of the names circulating as a candidate for mayor of eligible candidates after Chip?
E 'himself! But perhaps, in this case, use his role as president only for purely political purposes? Flying
then pressing political needs by Alessandri would like to clarify for alarm created in these hours about the alleged closure of small schools in the towns and mountains. The legislation is clear: the law of August 6, 2008, No. 133 expressly provides that "in case of closure or amalgamation of schools located in small municipalities, the State, regions and local authorities may provide Specific measures to reduce the discomfort of the people. Not only according to Article 4 of Act 275 of 1997, better known as the Act, and the Law 165, known as the Consolidated public employment, each executive has the opportunity to plan the internal organization in order to ensure the best training. In essence, the current legislation allows Member EE.LL and, based on school autonomy, individual institutions to be able to see applied exceptions guarantee. As it has always been in the past it is only make requests to the Ministry through the peripheral organs of the same. Nothing new then, and nothing against the dark mountain schools. We see that
in Cinigiano administrators are accustomed to knowing lie lie! See Chip says that the closure of the Maremma in 70% of the schools! So just create
alarmism and we see good arguments for discussion of the Cobas evidently, the extreme left and the self-styled moderate still have not managed to find.
Good luck to Alexandria instead for his run for the candidacy for mayor of Cinigiano.

The situation in our universities is paradoxical. Students and professors are protesting against a reform that exists, the minister, worried by the protests, it is decided to explain what he intends to do to reform the universities. The only certainty is that in the coming months will be held competitions for 2,000 new research posts and 4,000 posts of lecturer and associate professor, who will follow, soon, another 1,000 research posts. In all 7,000 seats, more than ten percent of the teachers role today.
The professor will be 4,000 seats just promotions of people who are in college. The promotions will take place under the old rules, that is, with mock competitions. It 'absolutely useless to a young researcher who received his doctorate in Chicago or face Heidelberg question of each competition already you know the winner. The 3000 competition for research will ensure a place for life to as many students complain that their precarious condition. In all the universities in the world at some point you get a place in life, but this is only after repeatedly demonstrated to be able to achieve results in the search.
Here instead asks the stabilization by decree without even having to have a doctorate. The minister has inherited from its predecessor, and these competitions do not seem to have the strength to change them and assign seats based on merit rather than loyalty. Students seem to ignore this and not understand the importance of stringent selection mechanisms, without which the university who go to sell stories. As teachers, good, good, quiet, quiet. If these contests will succeed any discussion of university reform will henceforth vain for ten years there will be no place for anyone and our best students will not go any other way that migration.
The Finance Act has cut funds to the university that is significant but not dramatic: on average 3% per year (1.4 billion over 5 years at a total cost of about $ 10 billion per year). You start by cutting nearly zero in 2009, and then the reductions will become gradually increasing to reach the average of 3% in 'a period of five years. The cut is not terrible, even considering Rectors' Conference that it is recognized that in Italy the expenditure per pupil is higher than in France and Great Britain. However, finding resources is always possible, for example, you may cancel the rules on 'retirement age approved by the Prodi government, return to the Maroni law and to invest the saved money in research and universities. Nor do I seem obscene to charge higher tuition fees to rich families and use the proceeds to partially offset the cuts, in part to finance scholarships for the poorest.
Roberto Perotti explains in a book that anyone who deals with the University should read ("The university made up ', Einaudi, 2008) same for all taxes are a way to transfer income from poor to rich. The survey data on the families of the Bank of Italy, quoted by Perotti, shows that 24% of university students come from the richest 20% of households; only 8% come from the poorest 20%. In the South, the disparity is even wider: 28% vs. 4%. Minister Gelmini argues that his model is Barack Obama, perhaps the Minister does not know how much it costs to send her son an American family in a good university. In one of the best, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, frequency, costs $ 50,100 per year (40,000 €), but 64% of students attending the first level of graduate receives a scholarship.

How Much Does Matrix Cost
free to demonstrate, free to study, free to help build a university better.
The Italian university is sick. The hegemony of baronial privileges, undermined by the proliferation of waste and use resources villain, disqualified from a race to the bottom in training, more and more distant from real life and the world of work.
The university also is sick of "iperpoliticità . Not in the sense of political commitment and more noble, but in the wake of ideological drift, from Sixty-eight, has burned so many generations and caused the failure with which confront us today.
The Italian university has to change. We want a university that functions, that has adequate resources, but above that knows how to use them rationally, avoiding waste and interpreting its mission to serve the students and the future of the country. E 'claim unnecessary resource and lament cuts in funding if you are not able to get value for money that you have.
We respect those who are protesting and expressing their dissent, when this is done within the law. However, we fear that the protests become, in fact, expressions of support towards those who have an interest in maintaining the status quo. And there seems almost irrational protest against measures which do not yet exist, and therefore can not be known.
We expect the same dignity and the same respect for people like us, considers it vital to a series of reforms, and welcomes the measures taken so far by the minister Gelmini on the school and intends to make a constructive contribution. And
expect dignity and respect for those who decide to build their future by continuing to take lessons and perform examinations regularly. This is a large silent majority, and will not allow their rights are trampled upon.

Implantation Bleeding After Period Ends
Reflections 1968-2008
In these days I have discussed heard and discussed at public meetings, in meetings, on the bus, in the squares on television about the student demonstrations.
I finally understood that only those who are teased are the children themselves.
These guys believe in good faith to make their '68, but something I'm not wrong.
In 1968, students had rebelled against their teachers and professors today are the same in fomenting the revolt: The purpose of the various barons in fact is precisely that of keeping the status quo, in fact, a reform of the university are the only ones to lose out professors. And
'That's the reason that makes me angrier: These guys on strike to save the university while believing instead what they do is to help the barons (which really do not care about them) to remain unchanged in their privileges!
guys open your eyes, it's really at stake your future.

How To Tie Converse Double Laces
Jergens Tan Before And After
Speech on the Reform of the school and school
First of all thanks for inviting me and for organizing this important meeting.
I am happy to participate as in schools and universities is almost impossible for us to enforce our arguments even though our boys continue in all universities to participate in Tuscany in debates and to organize informational gazebo.
If you've read these days even absurd things have happened: how the youth movement we have been fined € 148 because we had organized a gazebo in front of Engineering. It was not possible to organize it in as an institution is illegally occupied, and then we had to go out.
The crazy thing is that then a public building can be occupied illegally without any problems, but if we organize a gazebo, although I must say, not in front of the option but we are fined, that is in complete lawlessness who is punished is the one who wants lawlessness runs out!
But above all thanks to having organized this meeting because after yesterday's demonstration in Florence where I only heard a mountain of hot air on the school made a bad sociology, bad education, bad publicity and bad politics above all I really need this meeting.
However, as I said I was invited to speak but as the university's Law 133 provides for only two articles about it, 16 and 66, I decided to set my comments on the evils of our academic system and the reasons why it is urgent rapid cure.
fact now is a time when the country is a great opportunity to open debate on 'universities.
If we want to make this choice, we must do it with courage; must tell us everything and then say that our university is sick, it works badly, tell us that inside there are areas of excellence with so many people who give so much and take very little, as the graduate students and researchers, but the institution As this is sick, can not go on like this, it needs to be restructured.
It 's true that there is a problem of resources but the disease is far more serious: there is none in the Italian top 200 universities in the world! You realize, that Italy is the country where they were born today is not the first university in the first 200.
Today the number of professors, associates and researchers is almost equal, then there is a structure in the cylinder and not a pyramid structure as in any respectable academic.
The university works when there is mobility: a teacher today is born and dies in the usual university, we first studied, graduated, is a doctorate, then become a researcher and professor from the die. This makes it inevitable that you create patronage, baron, and that there is never a debate on the research beyond the usual academic walls.
and then talk to our scientists, ask them if they're all good. We will respond with are not all alike, many of them are not deserving, but are sponsored by the caste of professors who then decide on their future and their assignments. Our "barons", so called members of the caste of academics, in this way cause damage to the whole system: they bring along very often the less able and this should not happen again, it is not right and there we can afford.
For this reason, many teachers themselves take to the streets to protest, do not protest in defense of the university as it would have us believe, but only protest in defense of their privileges.
However, the government, feeling the words of Sen. Quagliariello, is available especially in comparison with young researchers and students who are our future.
I'll do an example to explain the situation of our academic system: if we have a bathtub with a hole that will lose water, the solution can not therefore be to add another heater or third at the end of our bath water will always lose!
The Italian university is located precisely in this situation, we have 24 months to resolve.
But to better understand the failure of the system you want to put knowledge of some data: •
know how many degree courses in Italy? 5000
• These include (and no joke) even by the Science of Wellness dog and cat
a course in Aquaculture • •
the average university students in a class in Italy is of 8-9 students, this course is discovered by dividing the number of students enrolled for the courses that we have 150,000 teachings
• • The number of full professors is becoming higher than that of young researchers
But according to you, in this way, 'Italian university can move forward or is there a need to change?
know how many university professors have increased over the past 10 years? Or by following the university reform Berlinguer?
50,000 to 62,000, a rise of 24% of teachers compared with an increase of 7% of the student population. What does this mean? The university professors are doing for themselves, a kind of social safety net, and do not do it for students, for research, for business or for our nation, and they do so at the expense of us all!
So the question: all this has to be changed or not?
L 'Article 66 of Law 133 provides for a turnover, that for every 100 people that if they retire it will be taken 20.
Now, however, reasons to end a career average professor earns young as 3 or 4 well-paid researchers. So
a serious proposal that will be formalized in the coming months is this: for every teacher who retires to 3 or 4 young researchers, so instead of creating 20 new full professors, with the usual 60-80 researchers assume money in this so will benefit from the research, a real hope to our young and brightest recreate the pyramid is the foundation of every university system worthy of the name.
In this way we intend to help our researchers, we no longer need him to do for charity!
I think it is important to change course: we must not put at the center only the problem of funding, however, do not deny that there is a problem. On
precarious to say the situation is untenable, now a deputy in the competition 40 years but each researcher or university professor knows who is most productive in terms of research and publications only up to 35 years, and then on average we stabilize the contracts people who are already in the declining phase of their academic ability.
Then you have to do is just put these young people in a position to have a good time to test paid up to 30 maybe 35 years maximum, and then give him a moment of serious selection based on merit so that then still be spent on labor market.
The selection is made and must be done before we can not continue to tease our kids. And
about Art 16 of Law 133 what to say: first there's the chance to become the foundations and there is no obligation.
And then, you know that Italy is a country in Western Europe, which attracts less private funding for research? In this respect, a country we seem to really post socialist economy. We also
the public should be able to attract private funding, because the university must be able to help develop the country, what should not happen is that small and medium industry will face its internal research facility therefore completely independent of the our university. But considering how the situation of our universities can not by now I was wrong.
But if we said this evening that there are too many degree courses, there is too much attention to teachers and not students, who are privileged "barons" and not the young professors or researchers, I think we should first change the structure of this university that do not work as shown and then, but only at that point, we have to solve the problem of funding, or we may only cover the "wrong ideas".
These days young people are mobilizing against their future, but if the Italian university continues to be disqualified, what then?
Ordinary people continue to go in our universities increasingly unskilled, while those who can afford it will go to those elite that unfortunately we are all beyond national borders.
We now must find the courage to try, we are faced with a historic occasion, we have a broad popular mandate and fly in the polls, if we do not try it now when we do?

How Know When Ringworm Healing
conservative
school reform and conservative left
I would not have intervened in the debate these days about the school, if I had not heard a mountain of hot air, made up of bad sociology, bad education, bad publicity and bad policy, a mountain of topics that the center just an idea: "Nothing should be changed, because the school, as it is, is the school that we built and we have to defend as such."
OECD DATA
• WE ARE 17% OF GRADUATES BETWEEN 25 AND 33 YEARS AGAINST THE 33% OF MOST COUNTRIES INDUSTRIALIZED (U.S. UNDER A CHILE AND MEXICO)
• OUR GRADUATES ARE 15% LESS OF GREECE AND 5% LESS OF SLOVENIA
• OUR YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN 15 AND 16 YEARS HAVE THE LOWEST LEVEL OF TRAINING OF ALL EUROPE in science and language
to measure what it is, we must speak of these tests explaining them.
• 60% OF STUDENTS ignored because SUCCESSIVE DAY AND NIGHT (the Earth rotates on its axis)
• 30% OF THE STUDENTS OF THE HIGH SCHOOL and difficulties in solving this problem: the exchange rate between the dollar Singapore and South Africa's rand is 1 to 4.2, how many rand worth $ 3,000 in Singapore?
And this is the school that we want and we have to defend? This school is the basis of loss of competition in our country. We want to go on like this?
What should our school? It should be good citizens. Should provide opportunities for social success at all, to his son as the son of the professional worker, ensuring equal opportunities as they create the social mobility that is at the heart of a democratic society and should be even more important to the left. Instead the school in Italy today reinforces social differences for the son of a professional lawyer or doctor, will be able to afford better education, while the others must make do with what little they gave him the school. Indeed, Italy is among the Western countries that has the lowest social mobility, and that more consolidation differences also depart in the next path of the young.
What is the problem today? The school should put the center's students and teachers as it happens, because as hospitals put at the center of the sick and their health, the school must put the student at the center and its training.
The school, however, for the gentlemen of the Left, is primarily the work of teachers. The left, which is trade union left, even before the political left, which still has never reformist defends them with a social block of reference and a cultural blockade that has been created over the years.
with these brilliant ideas that have been abandoned by the left, the university has become a high school, and not the best, high school became a middle school, and not the best, the school became an elementary school, and not the best. So we have the results of the OECD, the ones I mentioned earlier.
But what does the Democratic Party? He says that this is due to the fact that in Italian schools spend less and this government intends to cut. I've got some notes that OECD might be interesting to examine.
spending 3% of GDP (such as Germany, POCO LESS THAN GREAT BRITAIN AND FRANCE) THE AVERAGE OF 25 most industrialized countries is OECD
HOWEVER SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENT TO KNOW THAT THE STATE IS ON EACH STUDENT: OECD 5710 EURO 4623 EURO MEDIA MEDIA ITALY (1000 EURO MORE GERMANY AND GREAT BRITAIN AND FRANCE 500 euros more
continue with some numbers:
THE BUDGET OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND
42.5 BILLION IN 1999 WAS 32 BILLION SPENDING
CRESCIUTADEL is SO 30% BUT FAILED TO SEE IMPROVEMENTS rather grew worse OUR STANDARD IN ALL INTERNATIONAL ASSESSMENTS
The Prodi government in the Technical Commission for public spending, the report Commission's so-called Muraro, established at the initiative of the Minister Tommaso Padoa Schioppa, said that the expenditure per student in Italy is among the major OECD and the relationship between teachers and students is much higher than elsewhere, yet the results measured in the test learning used internationally, are modest. This is the reality of the Italian school.
is not true that the school budget cuts will suffer for 8 billion: the cut next year will be below 0.5 billion (1% of budget), the cuts planned for the period 2009-2011 amounted to 3.6 billion spread over three years.
is not true that 87 000 teachers will be fired: the reduction in the number of teaching posts will be limiting the creation of jobs, the figure of 87 000 teachers will be reached in less than in 2012 and included in the calculation of the reductions already planned by Prodi (about 20 000 units in its time, considered too in the White paper published on the school just over a year ago by the previous government). Carry a few in this regard since:
30,000 EURO: The average salary of a teacher ITALIAN
38,000 EURO: THE AVERAGE SALARY OF A TEACHER IN OECD COUNTRIES
50,000 EURO: THE AVERAGE SALARY OF A TEACHER IN GERMANY This is
because we have:
1 teacher for every nine pupils in ITALY
1 teacher for every 12 pupils in Europe with TIPS FOR STUDENTS 14 OR 16
735 HOURS FOR A TEACHER IN ITALY AGAINST 812 OECD
97% of the budget of the Ministry is for 81% AGAINST SALARY
OECD COUNTRIES TO INVEST IN THE SCHOOL WE 3 % while the others have 20%
But let's get to the point that was chosen as an ideological banner of the opposition Democratic Party: that only the teacher who actually prefer to call prevalent.
The teacher must be the dominant figure as a mother is accompanying the growth of the personality of the child at the age of 5, 6 years to reach elementary school, not like the 3 or 4 teachers who instead only create confusion. In fact looking
Eurydice is the database on education systems in Europe is made an interesting discovery: no country provides primary school teachers that the plurality of modular organization exists in Italy
However there will be prevalent next to the master teachers of English, physical education and support!
The left wanted to believe that Italy, want to abolish the whole time. The full-time with this measure will be increased by 50% simply because the prevailing free master teachers who then will be available for two goals: full-time appointments and evening courses in Italian for foreign children. In fact, another major goal of reform is to foster integration, knowledge language, customs and traditions of our country
I would have expected from the Democratic Party of words such as: "To have a better Italy we need a better school, and the conditions of our school system require courageous decisions of renewal and are not sustainable positions in defense of the pure, Italy must reduce its deficit to zero and nothing can reduce this social and political imperative, and this also entails a cost containment of the school. " This I would have expected from the leader of the Democratic Party who wanted to be reformist. Thank God these words came from the Head of State, which has honored its history of reforms and the Republic, while in the streets pay homage the only bad demagoguery and bad policy that destroyed the country.

left the police against the occupation? Safe? Demonstration against the Gelmini
at this time some Regazzi staged a sit in front of my place of work beyond the right-wing governments protesting even those on the left, singing a part of Bella hello (do not know it all) and therefore could not get out to take me to eat my time for observations.
Berlusconi yesterday said it is willing to send the police in schools to be able to continue this class.
I will therefore try to explain what does this output Berlusca who is a secular politics.
Silvio has been forced to do this release, shareable or less, to defend democracy. You say you can not defend democracy in this way?
I mean
1) we all know that Veltroni is in great crisis in his party
2) we know that to stay in the saddle Walter needs that the event is a success of 25
3) we know that the square 25 nowadays is not very hot
So what has happened:
1) Silvio, according to Walter, he decided to ignite the streets to give it a helping hand to faux-reformist leader
2) regained the square and the internal leadership Walter will become available to isolate its adverse currents and IDV
So I think that police officers in schools if they do not see, everything will end after 25, Walter ascend into the saddle and our democracy will have great benefits as well, thanks precisely to Silvio.
Then the output was all directed to the aid of Walter!
Do not worry guys because there will be no police.
The only thing I regret is that the left does not show itself capable of controlling a square since that nowadays does not recognize them, but continues to stir with a low but propaganda.
I figured it out yesterday at a public meeting in Capannori, unfortunately many people are terrified by this propaganda is carried out, for example by the closure of schools, however, all the insiders know that there will be!
So it is fair to challenge even the reforms carried out, although I think they are right, not what is right is still a rather low-lying and propaganda knowing then not be able to control the streets.
Absurd and then see the trade unions, which organized the event after one of their party, a true sign of weakness!
What to say there is more left than once!
